FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN JULY 28, 2023
GENERAL RULES FOR VENDORS:

Vendors are required to remain in place for the duration of the event 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Vendors are required to supply their own power source.
- Vendors are responsible for removing their own trash.
- Vendors must remain inside their assigned space.
- The event is family based. Products that are deemed inappropriate will be removed.
- Food vendors must have all applicable permits. Contact williamsport bureau of codes for appropriate permits, 570-327-7517.
- Space will be allotted at time of arrival to event. Do not plan to arrive prior to 2:00 pm as our city permit does not allow for streets and parking lots to be closed prior to this time.
VENDOR SPACE RENTAL FEES – 10’ X 10’ $75.00 for non-chamber members——$50.00 for Chamber members and non-profit organizations——10’ x 20’ $150.00 for non-chamber Members——$100.00 for chamber members and non-profit organizations——10’ x 30’ $225.00 for non-chamber members——$150.00 for chamber members and non-profit Organizations
Please note that we will only be accepting 12 vendors for the two parking lots this year. This will be done on a first application received basis. All vendor confirmation and location details will be done through email.
