Annual Mummers’ Parade

Don't miss the annual Mummers' Parade. The route of this year’s parade will see the procession beginning on East Central Avenue, where it will head west to Clark Street, then down to West Southern Avenue before finally turning east toward Howard Street.

Taber Museum hosts Historians Matt Stackhouse and David Richard

The October Society Program will host local historians, Matt Stackhouse and David Richard who have recently produced "Ghost on the Allegheny: Dr, Howard M. Essick and the Hotel Essick 1899-1916".  The lecture, held in the Community Room of the museum, is free and open to the public.

Fate and Destiny

The concert performed by the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra begins with Beethoven's powerful "Overture to Egmont," a piece renowned for its dramatic narrative and emotional depth. Beethoven composed this overture to accompany Goethe's play "Egmont," capturing the heroic struggle and ultimate triumph of its protagonist.
