Music has long been central to storytelling, enriching emotions and deepening experiences. Tonight’s concert presented by the Williamsport Symphony Orchestra opens with Howard Blake’s The Snowman, adapted from Raymond Briggs’ classic tale. At its heart is the hauntingly beautiful Walking in the Air, which accompanies a boy’s magical flight with his snowman.
A direct descendant of President Ulysses S. Grant, Mr. Dietz will present the lecture to accompany the art exhibition, East of Eden; which is on display in the Taber's Community Room and features thirty-seven still life paintings from the Neal Milligan Collection. The lecture is free and open to the public.
Foreigner will play all their classic hits as well as others.
Visit the last Saturday of the month to watch our Komodo dragons feast on an entire animal carcass. Feedings will start at 11:00 AM and likely continue for several hours. This feeding is included with general admission. We hope you will join us for this natural and fascinating event!
