Join the park naturalist and learn about an historical author and true advocate of the wilderness.  “Nessmuk”, aka George Washington Sears, lived in the Little Pine Valley for some of his life.  At the end there will be an opportunity to share some stories of the valley.  This program is designed to be informal.  All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.  Meet at the amphitheater.  The program may be modified or cancelled in the event of severe weather.
