See Me
June 1, 2018 - June 24, 2018
LYCOMING COLLEGE ART GALLERY, 25 W. Fourth Street, Williamsport; www.lycoming.edu/art/gallery.html
SEE ME is a collaborative installation designed by future art educator Holley Fuller, ’18, and coordinated by Andrea McDonough Varner, '03. Andrea is the Art Department Coordinator for the Williamsport Area School District. In light of recent concern for student safety in schools, this project creates an outlet for public school students to express their thoughts and emotions about these issues, using their preferred medium. The self-portraits in this powerful exhibit encourage viewers to think about the importance of each and every school student by looking directly into their eyes.Â
