Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will host Nancy Neuman and Bruce Temple on Thursday April 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM as the second lecture of its 2018 Lecture Series.  The speakers will address the events leading up to the acceptance of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution which allowed women to vote.
