Fourth St., Williamsport; 570-326-3326; www.tabermuseum.      Actor and playwright Robert Hughes will perform a dramatic reading of a two-act play titled “Frederick Douglass: Interview from Slave to Master” at the Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society.  There is no fee to attend the performance, but there is an admission fee to view the museum.  Admission is $7.50 per adult, $6.00 per senior citizen (65+), $5.00 for children 5-12, and children under 5 and members are free.
