The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will be hosting a lecture by Amanda Owen.  She is the Executive Director of the Justice Bell Foundation, a nonprofit organization located in Ardmore, in Delaware County. “Our mission is to educate, inspire and mobilize current and future voters. As part of our mission, we present an inspiring Pennsylvania story about the Justice Bell, an icon of the women’s suffrage movement, to the public.”
