The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will be hosting Arthur Sterngold at the museum’s Coffee Hour in its Community Room.  Sterngold will be speaking on Using Photography to Rediscover the Physicality of Place. The lecture is free and open to the public.
