Billtown Comedy Festival

The Billtown Comedy Festival is a grassroots comedy event in Central PA.  It will feature comedians  not only from Williamsport but from surrounding areas.  The venture’s goal is to bring an annual multi-day comedy event to Williamsport each spring.
