Rent Bikes Here! Yes, the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau is now renting bikes so that you can enjoy our beautiful bike paths or take a ride through town. Rentals include a bike, a helmet and a lock. The bikes are provided by The Bicycle Center in South Williamsport.

Details are as follows:

• Drivers License or Passport Needed
• Major Credit Card on file
• Adult Bike, with Lock and Helmet
• $28 per day (returned before closing)
• $22 for a half day (4 hours)
• $40 overnight (24 hour period)

Kids Bikes:

• $24 per day (returned before closing)
• $6 per hour
• $30 overnight (24 hour period)

*Card Holder is responsible for any and all damage to rented bikes & equipment at prevailing rates.*

The Lycoming County Visitors Bureau will be recognizing the recipients of the 2018 Lycoming County Travel and Tourism Grants at a reception being held on Wednesday March 21 from 5:00PM to 6:00PM at Lycoming County Visitors Information Center located at 102 West Fourth Street in Williamsport. These funds are allocated by the Visitors Bureau through the proceeds of the Lycoming County Room tax.

Twenty (20) organizations will be provided funding totaling $193,000. Funding provided to the organizations will assist them with advertising and promoting their events and activities in out- of-market media outlets. A portion of the funding will also assist in tourist product development.

The total amount of funding over the last 19 years the organization has been operating this grant program is $1,473,508 to 53 different organizations and events here in Lycoming County.

The Lycoming County Visitors Bureau is a function of the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce. It provides travel and tourism services to the industry for Lycoming County.
