The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will host a Society Program on Sunday, October  20, 2019  in its Community Room. Gary Smith, of Smith’s Jewelers in Montoursville, will be presenting an intriguing talk, “Romanov or Rip Off”. The lecture is free and open to the public.  The title of his lecture refers to a current project, apparently involving the Romanov family. Czar Nicholas II was the last Romanov to serve as the head of Russian imperial government before he and his family were executed during the Russian Revolution of 1917.
